What you can expect to do as a Financial Solutions Specialist:
- Interview existing and potential members in person and by phone and explains specific services, products, and policies. Identify members’ needs and cross-sell Credit Union services and products actively in an appropriate, professional manner, meeting Credit Union standards. This includes outbound call expectations pertaining to CRM and other call list leads.
- Counsel members regarding money management and financial matters. Including communicating loan denials, explaining decisions, and providing direction for future consideration.
- Perform timely and accurate lending functions and offer lending solutions of all varieties including HELOC and Business Lending.
- Build and maintain a book of business to help improve present, past, and future member relationships. Proactively build and manage a pipeline that drives progress for the benefit of the members financial well-being.
- Perform new account functions, explain various account and ownership options, and obtain the required information and documentation.
- Cross-sell electronic services and assist members in setting up electronic services enrollment and understanding the e-statement process.
- Ensure that the Credit Union’s quality and professional reputation is projected and maintained. Stays informed regarding policy and procedure updates as well as local and national banking and lending trends.
What you will need:
Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferred. Strong interpersonal skills. Courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with members and others inside and outside the organization.

As a Part-Time Floating Assistant Property Manager, Self-Storage you will:
- Float between 2 self-storage properties – Mini Storage Depot 23 Mile and Mini Storage Depot 26 Mile
- Assist with ensuring the property meets or exceeds the expectations of the owners, tenants, vendors, and all customers
- Maintain open communication to keep manager apprised of any property issues.
- Open office and inspect property as scheduled
- Assist in generating and increasing monthly and annual income.
- Complete Outreach Marketing, and coordinate a plan with site manager to maximize effectiveness of visits, calls, emails, etc
- Assist in developing Marketing Action Plan with strategies to meet or exceed budgeted income, occupancy, expense and leasing goals
- Perform all the above and other duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Reports to: Property Manager
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- Education in Marketing ideal, not required
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management, retail services or sales strongly desired
- Available to assist in after-hour emergencies as needed
- Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SiteLink Program knowledge a plus
- Proficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skills

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property. They must also provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents by making home and building maintenance repairs as well as providing the general upkeep of the community including its grounds, streets, facilities, and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do:
The qualified individual will work as an integral part of the Operations and Community teams to perform the following essential job functions:
- Routine maintenance of rental homes completed by assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service.
- Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, performing general cleaning, painting, picking up trash, mowing, trimming.
- Cleans (buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing windows, tidying, etc.) community common areas and workspaces including clubhouse, community office, restrooms, laundry room and maintenance garage.
- Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts, when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use of tools and equipment.
- Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
- Operates backhoe to dig trenches for water and sewer pipe (if applicable).
- Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete.
- Provide seasonal snow removal services including removing snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances and other areas as needed (if applicable).
- Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
